Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a KAAL account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you're using KAAL on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf.

2. The service

KAAL is an AI Operating System that runs autonomous AI employees — agents that perform tasks like lead qualification, content drafting, and operational reporting on your behalf, subject to the approval controls you configure.

3. AI agent actions and your responsibility

Agents act within the scope and permissions you grant them. Actions you've marked as requiring approval will wait in the Approval Queue until a human on your team reviews them.

You're responsible for reviewing queued actions and for the integrations and AI model providers you choose to connect. KAAL is not liable for outcomes of actions you've approved or for third-party model output.

4. Account registration

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KAAL's agents to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications, to violate the terms of any connected third-party platform, or to attempt to circumvent the Approval Queue for actions you've configured to require review.

6. Subscription and billing

Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described on the Pricing page. AI Action limits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard.

7. Intellectual property

KAAL retains all rights to the platform itself. You retain ownership of your business data and the content your agents generate on your behalf.

8. Limitation of liability

KAAL is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
